PLEASE READ: A few updates first: Due to time constraints, we posted an older WG ad, so here are the current details about the rooms and move-in date.
Starting October 1st (!) three rooms will become available in our charming shared apartment, as three out of four of the current tenants are moving out. Therefore, we are looking for new, reliable roommates who are excited to help create a harmonious, clean, and organized shared living space. Since the WG is reforming due to these moves, having a good dynamic between us is very important!
*About the Apartment*
Our top floor apartment (5th floor with an elevator) is spacious and filled with natural light. It features two bathrooms and 1 1/2 living rooms. Additionally, we have a (functioning!!) fireplace and a rooftop terrace.
Here’s an overview of the rooms:
Room 1: €600, 8 sqm, small but very quiet with a view of the courtyard. Super bright, view at the Fernsehturm, cozy, and partially furnished.
Room 2: 15 sqm for €680
Room 3: 20 sqm for €760
The apartment is conveniently located with Tram M10 + M4 right at our doorstep, and the S-Bahn is only 800 meters away.
What’s important to us:
Important: We are looking for people between the age of 25 -35, who are financially stable, best case would be full time working, and have a calm lifestyle.
Cleanliness and organization. We want all roommates to be committed to following a cleaning schedule or hiring a cleaning service if needed.
Trust and reliability. Since the WG is being reformed, we value good communication and mutual respect among everyone.
