Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ~12m².
- eine verdammt bequeme Couch
- ein Deckenfluter (Lampe)
- zwei Tische und zwei Zimmerpflanzen
- ein Teppich

The room is partly furnished and equipped with basic furniture (which can also be changed):
- a small wardrobe
- a mattress with cover and blanket
- a desk and chair
- a cupboard/sideboard
The room has a size of ~12m².
- a damn comfortable couch and armchair
- a ceiling floodlight (lamp)
- two tables and two indoor plants
- a nice rug (it holds the room together)
This living area is another 8-10 m² in size and can be used exclusively by yourself if desired.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Holzmarkt und Ostbahnhof(5 min entfernt).
In der Nähe (500m-Umkreis) befinden sich etwa 5-6 Supermärkte(durchgehend geöffneter Rewe, Edeka,....).
Durch Corona nicht mehr ganz so wichtig, aber auch mehre Clubs (Yaam, Katar Blau, Berghain) befinden sich in Nähe (5-10 min zu Fuß).
Vom Ostbahnhof kommt man Berlin- und Europa-weit ganz schnell überall hin (S-Bahn, DB-Züge und Bus), zudem befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle auf der anderen Straßenseite.
* 5 min zu Fuß entfernt befinden sich der Holzmarkt und die Spree
* 7 min zu Fuß entfernt die Berliner Mauer(East Side Gallery)
* 10 min zu Fuß und man ist in Kreuzberg 36
* 10 min zu Fuß und man ist im Volkspark-Friedrichshain
Allgemein gesagt ist man mitten im Zentrum des Rings.

The apartment is located near the Holzmarkt and the Ostbahnhof station (5 min away).
There are around 5-7 supermarkets(Rewe 24/7, Edeka,...) in the area(500m radius)
It's not that important at the moment (thanks to Corona), but there are several clubs (Yaam, Qatar Blau, Berghain) nearby(5-10 min walk).
You can get pretty much everywhere very quickly (S-Bahn, DB trains and bus), there is also a bus stop right next to our building.

* 10 min walk and you are in Kreuzberg 36

Generally speaking, you are in the middle of the Ring area.
In der WG wohnen noch drei weitere Personen (2 Arbeiter/in und ein Student) im Alter von 27-40 Jahren.
Und ganz wichtig ein Dicker Süsser Kater der hier eigentlich der Boss ist.
Sprich du solltest Katzen Mögen
Gerne wird zusammen auch etwas unternommen (Kochen, Restaurauntbesuche, Clubbing, Museum, Theaterbesuche und so weiter).
Wir sind tolerant, mögen aber eine gewisse Sauberkeit, was nicht bedeutet, dass eine Person immer kontrolliert, ob alles sauber ist, aber es wird Wert drauf gelegt, dass jeder seinen Scheiß möglichst selber sauber macht.
Jeder hat seine Aufgaben pro Woche die dann einfach durch zuführen sind.
Ansonsten kommt mal vorbei und verschafft euch einfach mal einen eigenen Überblick.

There are two other people (a worker and a student - aged 27-40) in the WG. Both are rather quiet.
And most importantly, a big sweet tomcat who is actually the boss here.
Say you should like cats
They like to do things together (cooking, going out to restaurants, clubbing, museums, theatre and so on).
We are tolerant, but we like a certain amount of cleanliness, which does not mean that one person always checks if everything is clean, but it is somewhat important that everyone cleans their own shit if possible.
Everyone has their tasks per week, which are then easy to carry out.
That being said, come by and get your own overview.
Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit einer modernen Dusche und Badewanne + dazu ein Gäste-WC
Dazu kommt eine neue Küche mit Spülwaschine, Waschmaschine und allen möglichen Koch- und Backutensilen.
Dazu gibts eine kleine Abstellkammer in welche du naturlich auch gerne deine Sachen abstellen kannst
Ansonsten gibt es eine Grundausstattung, die von allen genutzt werden kann(Bügelbrett- und -eisen, Staubsauger, Wischer etc.)
MIETZEIT KANN GEGEBENENFALLS VERLÄNGERT WERDEN WENN ALLES PASST!!!!

We have a bathroom with a modern shower and bathtub + a guest toilet.
There is also a new kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and all kinds of cooking and baking utensils.
In addition there is a small storage room that you can use to store your things.
Otherwise there is some basic equipment that can be used by everyone (ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, wiper etc.)
RENTAL TIME MAY BE EXTENDED IF EVERYTHING FITS !!!!
