The room is big and bright, with three large windows and a quality double bed.
It's a 90m2 renovated top-floor apartment with elevator access, very quiet and cosy with floor heating and has a spacious sunny terrace and rooftop. There is an open-plan living room, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, and a big bathroom with both bathtub and shower. A proper home!
The apartment is located right next to the Maybachufer canal and 5 minutes from U8 Schönleinstrasse in the heart of the bustling Kreuzkölln neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, shops and the Turkish market – however, no noise can be heard from the apartment.
You would share the apartment only with my 30-year-old female flatmate, who is very nice, mindful, calm and easy-going so we are looking for a like-minded person :)
Available from October 6th to 20th.
Fee:
40€ per night – flexible period as long as it's more than just a couple of nights
480€ for the whole period (two weeks)
