Dein Zimmer ist 12qm groß und möbliert: du findest ein Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Lampe sowie Gardinen. Ausserdem ist die Küche voll ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Bad, einen Balkon, Badewanne, etc :)

Ggf. Ist es auch möglich, länger zu bleiben, wenn alles gut passt.

Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 4 min entfernt von der Tram Station Wilhelminenhofstr./Edisonstr, mit der man dann in 3 min im S-Bahnhof Schöneweide ist. Die Tram fährt in der Stunde ca. 20 mal, da hier etwa 6 verschiedene fahren.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du hier reichlich (LIDL, Edeka, REWE, Penny, dm usw.) und auch guten Falafel und asiatische Restaurants und den besten Burger! Außerdem bist du schnell beim S-Bahnhof Karlshorst (6min) sowie auch bei der U-Bahn Station Tierpark (HTW Treskowallee) (12min). Beim Alex bist du in 30 min. Und das beste: die HTW (Wilhelminenhofstr.) ist wirklich nur 5 min zu Fuß von uns entfernt :)

Deine Mitbewohnerin K. arbeitet in Berlin im HR. Da ich berufstätig bin, wäre es schön wenn du dies auch bist und wir hier gegenseitig Rücksicht nehmen. Ich bin allerdings nicht immer in der WG:

Deine andere Mitbewohnerin C. ist ebenfalls berufstätig und hat ihren Lebensmittelpunkt in Berlin.

Wir mögen es ruhig, sauber und harmonisch in der WG und unternehmen auch gern mal was zusammen, allerdings total ungezwungen.
