Very cozy room in a shared apartment located in a green part of Charlottenburg with 7 minutes walk to S bahn (S3 & S9). The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, 2 wardrobes, a shelve, a sofabed, and a working space. With big windows and a glass door directly to a huge balcony, the room is bright with natural light and beautiful open view. The apartment also comes with a super well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. You would share with two other lovely women. There is a sofa bed and a table set on the shared balcony where an afternoon bbq can be organized. There is a backyard, a fitness and a beach volleyball court for everyone in the compund. The perfect place to spend a wonderful summer in Berlin.
Please write us briefly about yourself, but not too long or we won‘t have anything to talk further during the room viewing. It is in Charlottenburg, close to the S-Bahn Stations Messe Süd and Heerstraße which are 7 minutes & 10 minutes walk away. From there, S bahn in 10 minutes you can reach the TU in Berlin and in 20 the FU. The train takes only 20 minutes to the city center, directly to Alexanderplatz.
It is a Student dorm, so you get the benefits from the whole dorm, too. There is a fitness room, a music room, a beach volleyball court, and a laundry room with drying machines, as well. It is also a very nice area to take walks in nature.
I am Choncha, who is the owner of the room. As I am not living there till at least the end of Winter 24 semester, I am looking to sublet the room for long term. Therefore, your two roommates would be Mylene (From Chile) and Andrea (From Ecuador) both of them university students at Technical University Berlin and Freie University Berlin. Both can speak English, Spanish and German.
The room is available for a long term SUBLET only, NO ANMELDUNG possible. If you are a student, there is a possibility to take over the room and the contract after I am not registered with the university and not taking the room any more (in 1-2 semesters)
