Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in, der/die sich unserer WG für die nächsten drei Monate anschließen möchte, da unser derzeitiger Mitbewohner in eine eigene Wohnung zieht.
Das Zimmer ist das größte Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung, mit bodentiefem Fenster und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Es ist komplett möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, Spiegel, Sideboard und einer 140x200 Schlafcouch inkl. gemütlichem Topper. (Hinweis: Die Fotos sind schon mehrere Jahre alt, daher kann die Ausstattung leicht von der abgebildeten abweichen.)
Die Miete ist all-inclusive, sollte es aufgrund irgendwelcher Energiekrisen zu drastischen Preissteigerungen kommen, würden die zusätzlichen Kosten fair auf uns drei aufgeteilt werden.
We are looking for a new flatmate to join our shared apartment for the next three months, as our current flatmate is moving into his own apartment.
The room is the largest bedroom in the apartment, with a floor-to-ceiling window and a walk-in closet. It is fully furnished with a desk, mirror, sideboard, and a 140x200 sofa bed, including a comfortable topper. (Note: The photos are a few years old, so the actual furnishing may slightly differ from what is shown.)
The rent is all-inclusive, but should there be drastic price increases due to any energy crises, the additional costs will be shared equally among the three of us.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Yorckstraße. Mit Anbindung an S1, S2, S25, S26, U7 und M19 ist alles in Innenstadtlage sehr schnell zu erreichen.
In direkter Nähe befinden sich Rewe, BioCompany und Hellweg. Selbst Discounter wie Aldi & Lidl sind fußläufig (ca. 8 Minuten) erreichbar. Ebenso sind zahlreiche Parks, wie bspw. der Gleisdreieckpark und der Viktoriapark, in Laufweite. Das Tempelhofer Feld oder den Tiergarten erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 12 Minuten.
The apartment is located near Yorckstraße. With access to the S1, S2, S25, S26, U7, and M19 lines, everything in the city center can be reached very quickly.
There are several supermarkets like Rewe, BioCompany, and Hellweg nearby, and even discounters like Aldi and Lidl are only an 8-minute walk away. There are also many parks, such as Gleisdreieck Park and Viktoriapark, within walking distance. Tempelhofer Feld and Tiergarten are both a 12-minute bike ride away.
Mit dir wären wir eine dreiköpfige WG, bisher bestehend aus Berufstätigen und (wenn auch in den letzten Zügen) Studenten. Da wir oft viel unterwegs sind und dennoch unsere vertraute und familiäre Wohnatmosphäre sehr zu schätzen gelernt haben, finden wir immer mal wieder spontan die Zeit, uns abends zu einem Gespräch oder einem Drink in der Küche zu treffen. Zusätzlich organisieren wir regelmäßige WG-Abende, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir den Raum des anderen respektieren und die Wohnung sauber halten (wir machen einmal pro Woche einen gemeinsamen WG-Putz). Dieses WG-Leben möchten wir auch in Zukunft beibehalten.
With you, we will be a three-person shared flat, currently made up of working professionals and students (in their final stages). Although we are often out and about, we value the warm and familiar atmosphere in the flat. We often find time for spontaneous chats or drinks in the kitchen in the evening. We also organize regular flatmate evenings to spend time together.
It's important to us that we respect each other's space and keep the apartment clean (we do a weekly cleaning together). This WG life is something we would like to continue in the future.
