Beautiful minimalist apartment located one block away from Kurfürstendamm with plenty of full of restaurants and bars. The apartment is located in the front tower (VH) facing the street in a typical 1920's building with 3.4m high ceilings, big windows, wooden floor and balcony facing the street. Edeka and Aldi half block away, both U-bahn Uhlandstrasse or the S-bahn Savignyplatz are 3 blocks away, and the Bleibtreustr. bus stop is 1 block away.

I'm currently living in the flat permanently, my flat Jens travels once every few weeks to Berlin and stays at his room for a few days, therefore it's most of the time a 2 person WG. We are looking for someone easy going that can participate in the flat life but also have their own space. We are both relaxed and enjoy cooking, sharing some beers and playing some billiard from time to time, but we are also working and busy most of the time, so this is not a "party flat". We are looking for someone who is organized, clean, responsible but also fun and outgoing.

We are looking for someone that is currently working as a working contract or proof of income is necessary for our main landlord.

We speak English, German or Spanish at the flat, we have friends over sometimes or go out for beers or dinner.
