Hello dear nester!
I will sublet my lovely room on Gorlitzer Strasse The room is big (designed as a living room) and has a beautiful balcony where you can chill in the summer days and enjoy the sunset over Gorlitzer Park with an open view. You have also canal and Treptower Park close by, it is a great place to live if you like to be close to the nature and be in the city at the same time. In the area you have everything you need, you are at the border of Friedrichstein and Kreuzberg, and very close to Neukölln.
The person who will come ideally should like plants since there are a lot of plant friends who need simple care and love in the room. The bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen is small but has everything you can need (even a dishwasher).
The room is furnished with everything (very-high-speed internet, heating, water, electricity), which is exactly what I have been paying. No anmeldung unfortunetly since I am a subrenter also.
You will be living with a sweet Czech guy, he is easy-going and chill.
Monthly rent is 650.
