Dein Zimmer wäre ein kleiner Altbautraum mit anschließenden Balkon.
Neben einem geräumigen Bett und Sofa, erwartet dich für deine Zeit hier ein Schreibtisch/Arbeitsplatz sowie eine Yoga Matte. Selbstverständlich darfst du dich hier wie zuhause zu fühlen & alles mitbenutzen:-)
Die Wohnung an sich hat ein bisschen mehr als 100qm und liegt im 4. OG im Vorderhaus. Sie hat 3 Zimmer sowie einen großen ca. 25qm-Keller. Ein wunderschönes vor eineinhalb Jahren komplett renoviertes großes Bad und ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Außerdem ein Balkon der einen tollen Blick und fast den ganzen Tag über Sonne bietet.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und inkl. Spülmaschine.

Your room would be a small old building dream with an adjoining balcony.
In addition to a spacious bed and sofa, a desk/work station and a yoga mat await you for your time here. Of course, you can feel at home here and use everything :-)
The apartment itself is a little more than 100 square meters and is on the 4th floor in the front building. It has 3 rooms and a large basement of around 25 square meters. A beautiful large bathroom that was completely renovated a year and a half ago and an additional guest toilet. There is also a balcony that offers a great view and sun almost all day long.
The kitchen is fully equipped, large fridge and freezer and includes a dishwasher.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße der sehr belebten Müllerstraße, zwischen den U6-Stationen Rehberge und Seestraße: Also mitten im Wedding. Es gibt mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, als man vermutlich nutzen kann, von Kaufland über Aldi & LIDL bis zu BioCompany. Spätis, kleine Märkte und einer der besten Falafelläden in Berlin sorgen dafür, dass du nicht verhungerst. Der Volkspark Rehberge inklusive Plötzensee liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bietet sich wunderbar zum joggen oder spazierengehen an.
Anschluss gibt es direkt über die U6, mit der man eigentlich überall in Berlin sehr gut hinkommt. Auch die U9 und U8, die Tramlinien 50 und M13 und der Bus 120 (zum Hbf) liegen in Reichweite.
Es sei erwähnt, dass die Wohnung unmittelbar an einer mittelstark frequentieren Kreuzung liegt. D.h. tagsüber ist man durchaus mit einigen Verkehrsgeräuschen konfrontiert, in der Nacht, ist es jedoch mit wenigen Ausnahmen relativ ruhig.

The apartment is located in a side street of the very busy Müllerstraße, between the U6 stations Rehberge and Seestraße: in the middle of Wedding. There are more shopping options than you can probably use, from Kaufland to Aldi & LIDL to BioCompany. Spätis, small markets and one of the best falafel shops in Berlin ensure that you don't starve. The Volkspark Rehberge including Plötzensee is just a few minutes' walk away and is great for jogging or walking.
There is a direct connection via the U6, which is actually very easy to get to anywhere in Berlin. The U9 and U8, tram lines 50 and M13 and bus 120 (to the main station) are also within easy reach.
It should be mentioned that the apartment is located directly on a moderately busy intersection. This means that during the day you are confronted with some traffic noise, but at night it is relatively quiet with a few exceptions.

Zusammen leben würdest du für deine Zeit mit Nicola (26) aus Italien sowie mit Iman (26) aus Spanien. Nicola hat kürzlich seinen Master in Nachhaltiger Entwicklung abgeschlossen und wohnt schon länger in Berlin. Iman arbeit aktuell in der Gastro und lernt nebenbei französisch. Beide sind sehr herzliche, umkomplizierte und offene Menschen!
Außerdem lebt seit kurzem Buddy (Nicola´s Hund) mit uns in unserer WG. Buddy ist 8 Jahre alt und ein sehr ruhiger und liebenswerter Adoptivhund aus Malta. Demzufolge solltest du aufgeschlossen gegenüber Hunden sein.
Wir leben auf jeden Fall in keiner Zweck-WG, sind tendenziell mehr Freunde als Mitbewohner, unternehmen gerne Sachen zusammen, gemeinsames Kochen und Teilhabe am WG-Leben sind durchaus erwünscht, aber selbstverständlich kein Muss für deine Zeit hier :)

You would be living together with Nicola (26) from Italy and Iman (26) from Spain. Nicola recently completed his master's degree in sustainable development and has been living in Berlin for a while. Iman is currently working in the catering industry and is learning French on the side. Both are very warm, uncomplicated and open people!
Buddy (Nicola's dog) has also recently moved into our shared apartment. Buddy is 8 years old and a very calm and lovable adopted dog from Malta. Therefore, you should be open to dogs.
We definitely don't live in a shared flat for convenience, we tend to be more friends than roommates, we like to do things together, cooking together and participating in shared flat life are definitely welcome, but of course not a must for your time here :)

Unter Umständen ist eine Verlängerung über den 1. Juni hinaus möglich. Ein- und Auszug ist auch zu anderen Daten innerhalb des Zeitraums mögich, zu weniger Miete. Gern nachfragen!
