In the south of Schöneberg in the beautiful Friedenau, on the S1 direction Wannsee. Very good transport connection right at the S-Bahn station Friedenau (only one station to Schöneberg).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a Berliner Gründerzeithau. The window front of the room is facing north.

Im Süden von Schöneberg im schönen Friedenau, an der S1 Richtung Wannsee. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung da direkt an der S-Bahnstation Friedenau (nur eine Station nach Schöneberg).

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss eines Berliner Gründerzeithaues. Die Fensterfront des Zimmers ist nach Norden ausgerichtet.

I work freelance as a photographer and media designer, I am passionate about dance, music, art, meditation, personal growth and all spiritual topics. I also photograph mainly in spiritual fields (at festivals, retreats and workshops etc.) but of course also in other areas or quite classically here in the studio.

I live completely sober, so no alcohol, no nicotine, no drugs and no more caffeine and tea. Otherwise, however, I feed myself in many ways and occasionally eat meat (which is now very rare). So chacun à son goût! ... and the kitchen is well equipped for everything. ;

In particular, open, value-assuring and benevolent communication is very important to me and I wish a roommate who appreciates a communal and enriching coexistence and at the same time is mindful of retreats and also the apartment in total.

Ich biete ab 1. Mai dieses wunderschöne Zimmer zur Untermiete an und suche wieder nach einer lebensfrohen, kreativen, bewusst lebenden und verantwortungsvollen Mitbewohnerin - oder genauer gesagt zwei, da zeitgleich noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei wird. : )

Ich arbeite freiberuflich als Fotograf und Mediadesigner, begeistere mich für Tanz, Musik, Kunst, Meditation, persönliches Wachstum und alle spirituellen Themen. Ich fotografiere zudem auch vorwiegend in spirituellen Feldern (auf Festivals, Retreats und Workshops etc.) aber natürlich auch in anderen Bereichen oder ganz klassisch hier im Studio.

Ich lebe komplett sober, also kein Alkohol, kein Nikotin, keine Drugs und auch kein Koffein und Teein mehr. Ansonsten ernähre ich mich aber vielfältig und esse gelegentlich auch noch Fleisch (das inzwischen aber sehr selten). Also chacun à son goût! ... und die Küche ist für alles bestens ausgestattet. ; )

Mir ist insbesondere eine offene, wertschätzende und wohlwollende Kommunikation sehr wichtig und ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin, die ein gemeinschaftliches und bereicherndes Miteinander schätzt und zugleich achtsam gegenüber Rückzugsräumen und auch der Wohnung im Gesamten ist.

Dear men, please be mindful, respected and not just writing anyway. My mailbox is swelling. And anyway, I would also have to assume that you have no real interest (because you seem to have not read everything carefully).

- Please only long-term rental requests!

- Unfortunately, the landlords do not allow pets.

- The room is partially furnished. The white cupboard and the plants are not included.

- Important: I am the main tenant and bear the responsibility, which is why it should be ok for you that all final decisions are about me! This does not mean that there is no right to speak. I naturally involve the concerns of my roommates in my decision, as I would like everyone here to feel comfortable. So if there should be no consensus, I am considering how to achieve it. The experience shows, however, that unfortunately it will not always be possible for all questions to reach them.

- You should generally agree that the common rooms of the apartment (and only these!) are also occasionally rented as a location for film and photo shoots. This is the exception to the rule. :

- Wegen vorwiegend positiver Erfahrungen mit dieser Konstellation suche ich bewusst wieder nach weiblichen Mitbewohnerinnen!
Liebe Männer, bitte seid achtsam, respektiert das und schreibt nicht einfach trotzdem. Mein Postfach quillt auch so schon über. Und ohnehin müsste ich dann auch davon ausgehen, dass ihr kein wirkliches Interesse habt (da ihr dann ja scheinbar gar nicht alles aufmerksam gelesen haben könnt).

- Bitte nur langfristige Mietwünsche!

- Leider erlauben die Vermieter keine Haustiere.

- Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Der abgebildete weiße Schrank und die Pflanzen gehören nicht zur Ausstattung.

- Wichtig: Ich bin Hauptmieter und trage die Verantwortung, weshalb es für Dich ok sein sollte, dass alle finalen Entscheidungen die Wohnung betreffend bei mir liegen! Das heißt aber nicht, dass keinerlei Mitspracherecht besteht. Ich beziehe die Anliegen meiner Mitbewohner natürlich in meine Entscheidung mit ein, da ich möchte, dass sich alle hier dauerhaft wohl fühlen. Falls es also mal keinen Konsens geben sollte, wäge ich erstmal ab wie dieser zu erreichen ist. Die Erfahrung zeigt aber, dass es leider nicht immer und bei allen Fragen möglich sein wird diesen zu erreichen.

- Du solltest grundsätzlich damit einverstanden sein, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume der Wohnung (und nur diese!) gelegentlich auch als Location für Film- und Fotoshootings vermietet werden. Das ist bisher aber eher die Ausnahme als die Regel. : )
