The beautiful 28sqm room is bright and airy and simply but cozy furnished with a nice new bed, a desk to work, a little sofa to relax and read and a shelf and clothing rail instalation for all your stuff :)
This room offers space and privacy and all that you need for a couple of months.
The apartment is very wide and spacious with really nice big rooms, a lovely kitchen that's well supplied and a quite old&ugly bathroom but it comes with a bathtub ;) and there's a laundry room with washing machine.
It's a very old house which I personally find charming but it's truely nothing fancy, like things break and need to be fixed again and everything is as old as it looks ;)
The apartment is located on Sonnenalle X Erkstr. so you are in the heart of vivacious Neukölln. Weserstr. with all it's cafes, bars and restaurants is just at the corner, so is the canal inviting for joggs or walks to the park. Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld are not far away by foot, bus or bike to enjoy some nature in the city and basically you can find anything you need around. The bus M41 goes right infront of the house. You can reach S- and Ring Bahn and U7 Rathhaus Neukölln easily. There's a "Lidl" on the block and plenty little grocerie stores on the street and everything else, all the big stores you find 5 mins away on Karl-Marx-Str.
I am looking for someone clean and tidy who's responsible, openminded and easy going so a respectful and nice way of living together sharing a flat will be fun and chill.
I like to cook and eat mostly vegetarian/vegan but I am not strict anymore and I quit smoking tobacco so a fit would be cool...it's a non smoking apartment.
I live kinda quietly and private but don't mind having some friends over or having drinks/dinner once in a while. I also like a good conversation ;)
I'm a musician, I play in a punk band, I'm interested in all sorts of arts, also martial arts :) I'm into yoga and running but currently I am healing some injuries and just working out in the gym and laying low, reading and watching stuff... just trying to relax and stay positive!
I am mostly home, I work a bit remotely and part time at an art space where I am curating and booking shows and also working some nights on the events.
I love a good party but this is not a party pad ;)
I would take one months rent deposit, the rent of 750 Euros has to be payed by the 1st of each month.

I emphasize cleanliness a lot, but since it's a big old place it's honestly still the opposite of a sterile apartment, like dust appears from everywhere and just from experience I like to make sure that everyone is treating the place respectfully and just cleaning regularly and naturally after themselves to keep harmony :)
Ideally work will be shared to clean once a week and keep the whole apartment nice and lovely <3
I am really not that OCD, hehe!
