A beautiful room that faces the quiet backyard to the north (and is still relatively bright, as it is on the 4th floor) is now available until the end of September 2025.

Du würdest mit uns, Vera, 32 Jahre, und Paul, 26 Jahre, zusammen in dieser schönen Wohnung im Reuterkiez wohnen.

Paul ist 26, studiert Modedesign, interessiert sich sehr für Kunst und Sport.

Vera, 32, hat Kunstgeschichte, Französisch und danach Waldorfpädagogik studiert, arbeitet an einer Waldorfschule. In ihrer Freizeit malt und zeichnet sie sehr gerne.

Wir suchen einen Menschen, der sich über einen gemütlichen und schönen Ort des Zusammenlebens freut. Gemeinschaftssinn, Gefühl für Sauberkeit und vor allem ehrliche und offene Kommunkation sind uns wichtig. Jeder kann sich jederzeit im Zimmer zurückziehen, aber es ist auch immer schön, sich in der Küche ein bisschen zu unterhalten, mal zusammen einen Kaffee zu trinken. Oder einen Tee.

Leider müssen wir Ende September alle aus der Wohnung raus, da es sich um einen befristeten Vertrag handelt.

Bitte melde dich nur, wenn du auch von April bis Ende September hier wohnen möchtest, danke:)

Ein Gehalts-, Bafögnachweis eine Bürgschaft o.ä. ist notwendig, aus dem hervorgeht, dass du mindestens 580 Euro im Monat verdienst. Außerdem muss ich den Eigentümern eine Kopie deines Personalausweises zusenden.
