da ich gerade mehr weg als da bin, vermiete ich für einige Wochen mein wunderschönes, großes und ruhiges Zimmer mitten im Prenzlauer Berg unter. Die helle Altbau-Wohnung, insgesamt fast 140qm2 groß, ist überall mit Holzboden ausgestattet, verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon, eine Wohnküche, ein geteiltes großes Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Badewanne sowie eine separate Toilette zur Mitbenutzung.

as I am traveling quite a lot at the moment, I would like to sublet my beautiful, spacious and very quiet, big room in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg for a few weeks. The large and enjoyable flat, altogether almost 140 sqm, is totally equipped with wooden floor, has a small balcony, a kitchen-living room, a big shared living room and a bathroom with bathtub plus an extra toilet for shared use.
Die Wohnung liegt inmitten von guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist hervorragend (Tram, S-Bahn & U-Bahn innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar).
The apartment is located in a quiet side street surrounded by good shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. The connection to public transport is very good (Tram, S-Bahn & U-Bahn about 3 min away).
Mit dir in der Wohnung würden Lars (25) und meine Schwester Hannah (27) wohnen. Lars macht gerade ein Praktikum im Investment Banking und ist daher im Prinzip, bis auf die Wochenenden, nie zuhause. Was schade ist, denn er ist ein total lieber und herzlicher Mensch mit dem man jederzeit super schnacken kann. Hannah ist Musikerin und arbeitet in einer Social Media Agentur. Sie arbeitet ein paar Tage die Woche im Homeoffice ist ansonsten aber auch viel unterwegs - Konzerte geben oder besuchen, oder Freund*innen treffen. Beide sind absolut wundervolle Mitbewohner*innen, die immer ein offenes Ohr haben, einen aber auch in Ruhe lassen, wenn man gerade für sich sein möchte.
You would be living with Lars (25) and my sister Hannah (27). Lars is currently doing an internship in investment banking and is therefore basically never at home, except for the weekends. Which is a shame, because he's a really nice and warm person who's always great to chat to. Hannah is a musician and works in a social media agency. She works from home a few days a week but is also on the road a lot - giving or attending concerts or meeting friends. Both are absolutely wonderful flatmates who always have an open ear, but also leave you alone when you want to be on your own.
We all kinda do our own thing at home, but sometimes meet in the kitchen for a chat or a tea or a beer on the balcony.
Daten sind noch etwas flexibel. Falls du keinen ganzen Monat bleibst, berechnet sich der Preis auf 210€/Woche. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Es ist keine Party-WG :)! Kontaktiert mich gerne für mehr Infos.
Dates are still somewhat flexible. If you do not stay a whole month, the price will be 210€/week. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are unfortunately not allowed. It is not a party flat :)! Please contact me for more information.
