Das Zimmer liegt auf der Sonnenseite, sprich es bekommt viel Licht. Das Zimmer relativ groß. Das Zimmer ist teil möbliert, heißt es gibt einen Schrank einen Schreibtisch und falls nötig auch eine Matratze.

Bitte guck vorher, ob die lage zu euch passt, bevor ihr euch bewerbt.
Die Wohnung liegt in Zehlendorf, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die FU ist erreichbar mit ein bus (25min insgesamt von der Wohnung ).
S zehlendorf ist mit Fahrrad und Bus ca. 15 min und mit dem Auto 5 min weg.

Ich besitze zwei Katzen, also solltest du tierfreundlich sein. Im Alltag kann es sein das man sich nicht so viel sieht, bzw zu tun hat. Im allgemeinen bin ich offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung besitzt einen Balkon, welcher nur über mein Zimmer zur erreichen ist. Da gab es aber noch nie Probleme in der Vergangenheit.
