Subletting my room for short period, for 23 nights, total rent is 600 Euros.

The flatmates are lovely and nice, everyone is very calm and friendly. I share a flat with 2 British guys and a German girl. Everyone likes to have their own space but we regularly get together to spend some quality time. We like to keep a nice atmosphere and to have dinners together. Everyone is working so nothing much going on on late night weekdays in the flat, and don't party much on the weekends, but there is plenty of opportunities to go out in the area. We like things tidy and respectful.

We have a shared kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms to share.

Some notes:
- The room has a balcony with nice view
- Multiple grocery stores around: Penny 5 minute walk away, Rewe 10 minute walk away, Aldi 15 minute walk away + small Turkish shop across the road
- Tram stop 3 minute walk away from the house and Ringbahn is 10 minute walk from the flat
