The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a relatively new building, overlooking Hasenheide in Neukölln. The room for rent is 14m2 & you will have one housemate (40M). There is a large living room + kitchen area. There is a desk & monitor in the room for rent, which can be used for home office. The place is modern & all comfortable, including under floor heating & a rain shower.

Transportation:
The U8 subway line at Boddinstraße station provides good connectivity. The 20-minute journey time to central areas like Mitte and Schöneberg makes this location ideal for both work commutes and leisure travel.

Neighborhood Life:
Immediate vicinity (5-minute walk): Rich selection of restaurants and cafés.
Hasenheide: Offers extensive green space, a folk festival area, and recreational facilities
Tempelhofer Feld: Provides vast open space for recreation, sports etc

I'm looking for someone easy going to share the apartment. Something between a classic WG & a Zweck-WG.
