Wir suchen für unsere Zweitwohnung eine offene, humorvolle und zuverlässige Person ab 20 zur Untermiete. NUR 650€ Gesamt Miete für das große Schlafzimmer ca. 15 qm mit Bett 1,80m x 2m (inkl. Tolle Matratzen), großes Kleiderschrank und Beistelltische sind für dich. Ein Balkon zum verweilen ist auch vorhanden.

Zur U Bahnstation Magdalenenstraße sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Zur S Bahn Lichtenberg oder Frankfurter Allee nur 10 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und gut eingerichtet. Außer die Dinge des persönlichen Bedarfs braucht also nichts mitgebracht werden.

Eine Person st im kleinen Zimmer: Deutscher, 27 sehr nett, ruhig und unkompliziert, aber sehr freundlich!

Wichtig ist auch das wir einen Vizsla Rüde haben, der dann auch manchmal da sein wird. Er ist sehr gut erzogen und man kann auch gerne mit ihm Gassi gehen und/oder vieles andere mit ihm unternehmen (ist aber kein Muss)

Die angegebene Miete ist All inklusive (Miete, Möbliertes Zimmer, Nebenkosten, Internet, WLAN). Mindestens 6 Monate. Keine Kurzzeitmiete. Kaution und Haftpflichtversicherung ist ein MUSS

Wegen Anmeldung: Nicht sofort möglich wegen schlechte Erfahrung. Offizielle Anmeldung erst ab 3 Monate und langfristige Absichten. Natürlich kann man mit "c/o Bowden" Post bekommen und deine Name auf dem Briefkasten in der Zwischenzeit schreiben.

We are looking for an open, humorous and reliable person aged 20 or over to sublet our second home. ONLY 700€ total rent for the large bedroom 14sqm with bed 1.80m x 2m (including mattresses), large wardrobe and side tables are for you. There is also a balcony to relax on.

It is only a 5-minute walk to the Magdalenenstraße subway station. It is only a 10-minute walk to the Lichtenberg or Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped. You don't need to bring anything with you except for personal items.

Main tenant:
We don't live there but come by from time to time. We work as train drivers 44 and household managers/private chefs. We like to cook, are humorous, open, respectful, young at heart and sociable.

You will live there with Alex. He is in the small room: German, 27, very nice, quiet and uncomplicated, but very friendly!

It is also important that we have a male Vizsla who will be here sometimes. He is very well behaved and you can also take him for a walk.

The rent stated is all inclusive (rent, furnished room, additional costs, internet, WiFi). At least 6 months. No short-term rental. Deposit and liability insurance is a MUST

Regarding registration: Not possible immediately due to bad experience. Official registration only after 3 months and long-term intentions. Of course you can get mail with "c/o Bowden" and write your name on the mailbox in the meantime.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, Lidl, Netto, verschiedene Spätis, REWE, Aldi, Ringcenter Frankfurter Allee, U Bahnlinie 5 Magdalenen Straße in der Mitte zwischen S/U Lichtenberg und S/U Frankfurter Allee. Friedrichshain ist 2 Stationen entfernt. Es gibt Parks in der nähe und eine große Ärztehaus. Man kann auch zum paar coole Parks in der nähe.

Man ist schnell überall und hat ruhe vor der tür und halli galli nur 2 stationen entfernt!

Shopping facilities are within walking distance, Lidl, Netto, various Spätis, REWE, Aldi, Ringcenter Frankfurter Allee, U-Bahn line 5 Magdalenen Straße in the middle between S/U Lichtenberg and S/U Frankfurter Allee. Friedrichshain is 2 stops away. There are parks nearby and a large medical center. You can also go to a couple of cool parks nearby.

You can get everywhere quickly and have peace and quiet on your doorstep and all the hustle and bustle just 2 stops away!

Hallo, es wird nur Alex in der Wohnung mit dir leben. Er ist oft am Computer oder bei der Arbeit. Er kocht oft und raucht Zigaretten manchmal. Ab und zu wird einer von uns da sein (mit Ankündigung) und Blue (Hund) ist auch manchmal da. Wenn das ein Problem ist dann müssen wir leider Weitersuchen.

Falls man hier in Berlin schon wohnt, dann eine schriftlich Kündigung von aktuelle Wohnung wäre wünschenswert.

Du must schon beweisen können das Sie ein Job und/oder Geld hat für das Kaution. Kann auch in 2 Teilen bezahlt werden.

Offizielle Anmeldung erst ab 3 Monate möglich. Post zu bekommen ist natürlich trotzdem möglich :)
