ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Altbauzimmer in Moabit unter. Es ist 32 Quadratmeter groß, hat einen schönen Dielenboden und ist super hell und super ruhig, da es in den schön gepflegten Hinterhof hinaus geht.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Sofa, 1,40 Meter großem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kleiderstange.
Die WG hat ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen Balkon.
Du würdest mit 2 super netten Mädels zusammen wohnen. Das WG- Leben ist sehr entspannt.
Die Lage ist super, man ist in 7 Minuten mit dem Bus oder auch mit dem Rad am HBF. Ansonsten hält die Ringbahn nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß an der Station Westhafen und genauso weit ist es zur U- Bahnhaltestelle Birkenstrasse.
Du würdest mit 2 super netten Mädels zusammen wohnen. Das WG- Leben ist sehr entspannt. Wir kochen gelegentlich zusammen, trinken Aperol, Wein oder auch einen Kaffe in unserer gemütlichen Küche. Wir lieben Sauberkeit, somit putzt jeder regelmäßig.
