The room is fully furnished with a bed, couch, desk, ... The balcony is attached to the room and is a relaxing place for warm days and to enjoy the sun.
You are also welcome to use everything of course, including the screen and we also have a good WiFi connection.
The flat is super close to the U- and S-Bahn station Wedding which gives you a great connection to Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg and Charlottenburg by the ring bahn. The U6 is the north/south connection which brings you to Kreuzberg and Friedrichstraße and within a few minutes to main station.
The area (Sprengelkiez) has a lot of nice bars and restaurants. So there are plenty of places to have a delicous meal, some beers in a bar or hang out at the lake (Plötzensee is close) or in a park.
My flat mate Judith will be around during the time. She is very open-minded, is working. We cook together from time to time or just get a drink and hang out :-)
I will be away for travels from end of February till beginning mid of May. So it could be possible if you want to stay a bit longer. Just ask me for it.
The flat also has everything necessary for a daily live (washing mashine, dish washer, ...). The rent includes everything, also internet and no additional costs will be added.
