We live together in a shared apartment best suitable for 2 or 3 persons.
The 25sqm room is comfortably furnished with two fold-out sofa beds and has direct access to a 3 sqm balcony large enough for sunbathing and a breakfast table. I am especially proud of the many large flowers in the room.
Equiment
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, the necessary household utensils. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. In the bathroom there is a large bathtub.

There is a fast Internet with 50 Mbit/s.
It'is a non-smoking apartment and vegetarian kitchen is preferred.
Location
The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed area in the district Charlottenburg in the Klausener Kiez near the harClottenburg Palace.
There are many small shops, restaurants and cafés in the area. Larger shops can be found in Wilmersdorfer Straße. The park behind the palace is ideal for relaxing, walking and jogging.
Local public transport
The S-Bahn (S41, S42, S46), underground (U2, U7) and bus lines (M45, 109, 309) are within 10 minutes walking distance.
Long distance traffic
Train stations, Flixbus, and the motorways (A100, A115) can be reached quickly. To Schönefeld Airport (SXF) it takes about 70 minutes by train and about 35 minutes by car.
We live here in a calm and relaxed shared flat and enjoy the neighbourhood with it's shops and cafés.
We are easy going, interested in cultur, music, architecture, open for friends from all over the world.
it's not an appartment for hearvy partying.
