Perfekte zentrale Lage, ca. 10 min vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Die S- und U-Bahn Warschauerstraße ist in 5-10 min, das Ostkreuz in 15 min erreichbar.
Zur einen Seite geht über die Oberbaumbrücke nach Kreuzberg in den szenigen Wrangelkiez mit vielen Läden, Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten oder man geht über die Modersohnbrücke zum Boxhagener Platz, es gibt dort jeden Samstag einen Markt und Sonntags Flohmarkt. Auch abends wird es nicht langweilig mit einigen Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Nähe.
