Das Zimmer ist hell, gemütlich, geräumig, voller Pflanzen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht: einem großem Schreibtisch, einem kleinen Sofa, einer Stereoanlage, vielen verschiedenen Lampen für jede Stimmung, einem 1,40m breitem Bett und genug Stauraum. :)
Die Wohnung hat 2,5 Zimmer (das halbe Zimmer ist der Abstellraum) und in etwa 79€. Ein helles Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und eine vollausgestattete Küche (von der Spülmaschine bis zum Milchschäumer sind wir eigentlich ganz gut aufgestellt).

The room is bright, cosy, spacious, full of plants and equipped with everything you need: a large desk, a small sofa, a stereo system, many different lamps for every mood, a 1,40m bed and enough storage space. :)
The flat has 2.5 rooms (the "half" room is a storage room). A bright bathroom with shower/bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen (from dishwasher to milk frother, we are actually quite well set up).
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der SBahn Station Nöldnerplatz gelegen und man ist mit einer Minute Gehweg direkt an die S5/7/75 angebunden. Der Weitlingkiez ist sehr ruhig, doch das Ostkreuz ist eine Station entfernt und die Bahnen fahren alle 2-5 Minuten. Dort gibt es extrem viele Bar und Restaurant Optionen. Die Lage hat eine direkte Anbindung zur Warschauer Straße, Ostbahnhof, Friedrichstraße, Alexanderplatz. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man ohne umsteigen in 18 Minuten. Ein Bus fährt direkt nach Neukölln. Im Kaskelkiez nebenan (5 min laufen) ist es sehr schön und es gibt ein paar gemütliche (nicht überlaufene) Restaurants.
Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bäckerei und ein Kebap/Getränke-Laden. In der Nähe gibt es ein Späti und Mini-Asia-Markt. In 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man entweder ein Rewe, Kaufland oder Netto. Am Bahnhof Lichtenberg (Eine Station entfernt) gibt es ein Edeka, das auch am Sonntag auf ist. :)
Die Lage direkt an der Station ist sehr praktisch, auch wenn man die SBahn unterschwellig hört. Die Wohnung/Fenster sind allerdings neu saniert und daher gut isoliert, wenn sie geschlossen ist. Nachts fahren die Bahnen unter der Woche auch nicht.

The flat is located directly at the Nöldnerplatz SBahn station and you are connected directly to the S5/7/75 with a one-minute walk. The Weitlingkiez is very quiet, but Ostkreuz is one stop away and the trains leave every 2-5 minutes. There you will find a lot of bar and restaurant options! The location has direct access to Warschauer Straße, Ostbahnhof, Friedrichstraße, Alexanderplatz. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) can be reached in 18 minutes without changing trains. A bus goes directly to Neukölln. The Kaskelkiez next door (5 min walk) is very nice and there are a few cosy (not overcrowded) restaurants.
There is a bakery and a kebap/drinks shop right outside the door. There is a Späti and mini-Asia market nearby. In a 10-minute walk you can reach either a Rewe, Kaufland or Netto. At Lichtenberg station (one stop away) there is an Edeka that is also open on Sundays. :)
The location directly at the station is very practical, even if you can hear the subway subliminally. However, the apartment/windows are newly renovated and therefore well insulated when closed. The trains don't run at night during the week either so it doesnt bother (me at least) too much. :)
Du würdest mit meiner guten Freundin und Mitbewohnerin Laurie zusammenleben. Sie ist ein herzensguter und witziger Mensch, arbeitet tagsüber Vollzeit als Sozialarbeiterin, ist gesellig und gemütlich zugleich und abends oft bei Freunden, im Sport oder am Wochenende unterwegs.

You would be living with my good friend and flatmate Laurie. She is a kind-hearted and funny person, works full time as a social worker during the day, is sociable and easy-going at the same time. She is often out in the evenings with friends, doing yoga/sports or having fun on the weekend.

Die Kosten sind bezogen auf einen gesamten Monat und entsprechen genau meiner aktuellen Miete. Falls ihr das Zimmer für eine kürzere Zeit mieten wollt, wird es einfach auf den Tag runtergerechnet. :)
