Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
Da mein früherer Mitbewohner Ben ausgezogen ist, suche ich nun nach neuen Mitbewohnern für eine 3er-WG in einer schönen Altbauwohnung im Soldiner Kiez. Ich freue mich über alle, die Interesse an einer WG-Neugründung haben und ihre eigenen Ideen einbringen möchten. Künstler und kreative Köpfe sind herzlich willkommen, aber das ist natürlich kein Muss ;)
Dein Zimmer ist 21qm groß und damit das größte Zimmer der Wohnung. Es ist sehr hell, weil es zu zwei Seiten Fenster hat. Hier hat Ben gewohnt. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit einem Sofa (das du auf den Fotos sehen kannst), einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Den Rest müsstest du selbst mitbringen.
Insgesamt besteht die Wohnung aus drei Zimmern plus Küche und Bad. Das mittelgroße Zimmer, das am Ende der Wohnung liegt, wartet auch noch auf eine nette Person zum Einziehen. Zwischen deinem Zimmer und der Küche gibt es noch ein kleines Zimmer, in dem ich (Jasper) wohne. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren saniert und ist in Küche und Bad mit allem ausgestattet, was du für den Alltag brauchst. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll: Du bist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Rad vom Mauerpark entfernt und 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bürgerpark Pankow.
Falls du Lust hast, mit mir eine neue 3er-WG zu gründen, würde ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht freuen. Ich komme aus Hamburg und wohne seit zwei Jahren in Berlin. Ich bin gelernter Schauspieler und arbeite Teilzeit in der Gastro. Mir ist ein gemeinsames, freundschaftliches Zusammenleben wichtig. Gemeinsame Koch- oder Filmabende finde ich super, brauche aber wie jeder auch meine Zeit für mich, besonders nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag.

Bright, Partly-Furnished Room with a Beautiful View in an Altbau Apartment – New WG Formation
Hello dear WG seekers,
Since my previous roommate Ben has moved out, I'm looking for new roommates to form a 3-person flatshare in a beautiful Altbau apartment in Soldiner Kiez. I welcome anyone interested in starting a new flatshare and bringing their own ideas. Artists and creative minds are welcome, but it's certainly not a requirement ;)
Your room is 21 square meters, making it the largest room in the apartment. It is very bright because it has windows on two sides. This is where Ben used to live. The room is partly furnished with a sofa (which you can see in the photos), a table, and two chairs. You would need to bring the rest.
Overall, the apartment consists of three rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom. The medium-sized room at the end of the apartment is also waiting for a nice person to move in. Between your room and the kitchen, there is a small room where I (Jasper) live. The apartment was renovated two years ago and is equipped with everything you need for daily life in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is also great: you are only 15 minutes by bike from Mauerpark and a 10-minute walk from Bürgerpark Pankow.

I am a trained actor and work part-time in the hospitality industry. I value a friendly and communal living atmosphere. I love communal cooking or movie nights, but like everyone, I also need my time to myself, especially after a busy workday.
