It is a cozy, sunny room with access to a balcony and big windows and a nice view. As you can see in the photos there is a king size bed, a big closet, a space you could use as a living room, with a nice sofa. There a big desc which makes the room ideal for home office and/oe studying plus a smaller desk for you to leave your stuff on

Really amaying location near the river, ideal for walks and bike rides around Kreuyberg.
Perfect location, as far as the connections are concerned. 5 minutes walk from Hallesches Tor (U1, U3, U6) and Prinzenstrasse (U1, U3), 7 minutes walk from Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and Gneisenaustrasse (U7). Busses M41 and 248 2 minutes way.
Supermarket Edeka and Netto 5 minutes away.
Walking distance from bakeries, minimarkets, bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

It is 3 person WG of a group of friends. The flat mates are really friendly and easy going.
You will of course have a chance to have your own shelf in the fridge, and a shelf in the bathroom for your personal items.
Feel free to use the the kitchen appliances, such as the coffee machine, the dishwasher, as well as the washing machine.

We are ooking for someone who will be respectful of our home, as well as trustworthy and clean.
It would be amazing if you could also take care of three plants <3 really low maintenance.
