ich vermiete ein schönes, helles Zimmer vom 30. Sptember 2024 bis zum 30. Januar .2024 für 650,- Euro. Das Zimmer ist 26m² groß und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Es ist vollständig möbliert, mit einem Einzelbett und einem Sofa . Das Zimmer liegt in einer 2er-WG, im Hinterhaus eines sanierten Altbaus im 2. Stock auf der Südseite, ist ruhig ohne Straßenlärm. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und ordentlich, mit Wannenbad und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Internet-Flat, Strom, Heizung und alle weiteren Nebenkosten sind schon im Preis enthalten.

Zeitlich bin ich flexibel, so dass Du auch ein paar Tage früher oder später ein- oder ausziehen kannst.
Die Wohnung ist idyllisch gelegen und dennoch sehr gut angebunden. Pankow ist ein aufstrebender Bezirk und die Florastraße selbst bietet Restaurants und jede Menge Cafés, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Kleinkunstbühne direkt im Nebenhaus. Der S+U-Bahnhof Pankow und S-Wollankstraße sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vor der Haustür hält der Bus M27. Die Fahrzeit zur Friedrichstraße beträgt ca. 15 Minuten, zum Alexanderplatz ca. 10 Minuten. Das beliebte Viertel Prenzlauer Berg ist nur zwei U-Bahnstationen entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichen.
