My name is Julieta and I am 36 years old. I have a large, beautiful, clean and furnished modern apartment with an available room in March. The room is around 20m2/25m2 (Charlottenburg, 5 min. walking to Theodor-Heuss-Platz U2, it would be for you and my roommate Gustavo from
Argentina. 32 years old).
I'm originally from Mexico, but I was living in Germany more than 16 years until last year.
I lived in Mexico, USA, Canada, Spain and Germany; studied in Munich, Cologne, Madrid and Berlin.
As a result I am a mix of many life experiences, reliability, cheerfulness, tolerance, curiosity and spontaneity.
I moved out of Germany because of my job although my University is Berlin. So I would be coming back sometimes at the longest for a week every 3 to 4 months and stay in the big living room, which is legally my room. But you can always use the living room. All the apartment is furnished and you can. The rent is 770€ (Mit allem inklusive), the deposit 1500 Euro is required depending of the months you are going to stay.
I can assure you that we are clean persons, cleanliness is important to me.
