My name is Julieta and I am 35 years old. I have a large, beautiful, clean and furnished modern apartment with an available room in August. The room is around 20m2/25m2 (Charlottenburg, 5 min. walking to Theodor-Heuss-Platz U2, it would be for you and my roommate Gustavo from
Argentina. 32 years old).
I'm originally from Mexico, but I was living in Germany 15 years until last year.
I lived in Mexico, USA, Canada, Spain and Germany; studied in Munich, Cologne, Madrid and Berlin.
As a result I am a mix of many life experiences, reliability, cheerfulness, tolerance, curiosity and spontaneity.
I moved out of Germany because of my job although my University is Berlin. So I would be coming back sometimes at the longest for a week and stay in the big living room, which is legally my room. But all the apartment is furnished and you can use the living room all the time . The rent is 750€ (Mit allem inklusive), the deposit 1500 Euro is required depending of the months you are going to stay.
I have a small dog girl 4 years old and a jung male cat. (They don’t live in Germany. But this time they would be two days in August in the apartment with me).
I can assure you that we are clean persons, cleanliness is important to me.
