Hey all, room available for two weeks on the edge of Prenzlauer berg/Pankow
The room is a good size and has two balconies. The cost is 320€ + deposit
Flatmates: Nicol (27, Hungarian), Kristina (31, German) and Ben (27, English).
We like to keep the flat tidy and have a cleaner who comes twice per month to clean the common areas (cost included in the rent), but it's also important to us that we clean up after ourselves.
All of us work full-time during the week, sometimes from home. Sometimes we do things together, for example cooking, socialise/party or sports, but time to ourselves/to chill is ofc also respected
