Es geht um ein Zimmer in einer ziemlich großen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit einer Küche. Es gibt ein großes und ein kleines Badezimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und aus dem zu vermietenden Zimmer blickt man auf den Innenhof. Das heißt, es ist im Winter nicht ganz so hell, aber eben auch sehr ruhig.
Super Lage in Schöneberg mit ca. 7min Fußweg zu den S-Bahn-Stationen Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1) oder Schöneberg (S1, S41/42), ca. 10min Fußweg zur U-Bahn (U7), auch verschiedene Bushaltestellen erreicht man in 5-10min (M43, M48, M85, M46, 187, 106, 248)
Du wirst mit Dörthe zusammen wohnen, die als Dozentin für Deutsch als Fremdsprache teils auch im Homeoffice arbeitet. Ansonsten kocht sie ganz gerne, liebt Capoeira und freut sich immer über gute Gespräche.
