I am renting a room in my two-bedroom apartment in Mitte. It will be available from Feb 1st.
The room is 12 m2 with a big window and it is very bright. The flat is fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator and washer machine. The room for rent is fully equipped with a bed, desk and closet. The price includes electricity, water and WIFI and heater.

The flat is located in Mitte, Two blocks away from the Ubann station Rosenthaler Platz (U8). The flat is located just in front of Volkspark am Weinberg and 5 minutes away from EDEKA, Lidl and REWE . The area is full of good restaurants and cultural options. The tram also passes just in front of the house.
