in unserer 5er WG in einer neu ausgebauten, sehr schönen Dachgeschosswohnung im 5. OG, im Samariter-/Nordkiez in Friedrichhain wird vorübergehend (und möglicherweise längerfristig) ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, hell, mit Blick ins Grüne und Fußbodenheizung. Die großen Fenster gehen zum Hinterhof raus. Wir haben 2 gleich ausgestattete Bäder, die sich 2 bzw. 3 Personen teilen. Außerdem teilen wir uns einen riesigen Wohn- und Essbereich (ca. 50qm), sowie einen Balkon. Wagemutige können aufs Dach klettern. Es gibt zudem noch einen sehr schönen Innenhof zum Chillen und Grillen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.

In our 5-person shared apartment in a newly renovated, very beautiful penthouse on the 5th floor in Samariter-/Nordkiez, Friedrichshain, a room will become available temporarily (and potentially long-term). The room is 20 sqm, bright, with a view of greenery and underfloor heating. The large windows face the courtyard. We have 2 equally equipped bathrooms, shared by 2 or 3 people. Additionally, we share a huge living and dining area (approx. 50 sqm) as well as a balcony. Adventurous individuals can climb onto the roof. There's also a very nice courtyard for chilling and grilling. The apartment is fully furnished, and the room is offered furnished.
Alles für den täglichen Bedarf sowie mehre ÖPNV-Möglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe: U5, M10, M21, Frankfurter Tor - wir sind super angebunden.

Everything for daily needs as well as multiple public transportation options are in close proximity: U5, M10, M21, Frankfurter Tor - we have excellent transport connections.

Wir sind 3 Frauen und ein Mann zwischen 32 und 42 (und ein kleiner Hund) und haben uns alle bewusst dazu entschieden in Gemeinschaft zu leben und natürlich Vorstellungen, wie das im Idealfall aussehen sollte. Wenn du Lust auf gemeinsames Kochen, Yoga, Meditation, Austausch, Filme gucken, in der Natur herumspazieren oder sporteln, Spiele spielen, Kneipenbesuche und auch mal feiern gehen hast, findest du hier meistens wen, der mitmacht. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, ist das aber natürlich auch völlig ok. Wir sind alle (in verschiedenen Rhythmen) berufstätig. Bei fünf WG-Bewohner:innen sind immer Menschen zuhause, unterwegs, auf der Arbeit oder auf Reisen.
Wir wünschen uns eine schöne Gemeinschaft, die von gegenseitiger Wertschätzung, Wohlwollen, Respekt und Offenheit geprägt ist. Unsere WG ernährt sich hauptsächlich vegetarisch/vegan – wir möchten nicht, dass Fleisch oder Fisch in der Wohnung zubereitet oder gegessen wird. Für die Balance in der Gemeinschaft suchen wir bevorzugt eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in zwischen 30 und 45. Ein reflektiertes Umweltbewusstsein, das sich auch ins Handeln übersetzt, wäre sehr wünschenswert, außerdem Achtsamkeit im Umgang mit der Wohnung und der Gemeinschaft. LGBTQIA+ Menschen sind herzlich willkommen.

We are 3 women and 1 man aged between 32 and 42 (and a small dog), all of whom have consciously chosen to live in community and naturally have ideas about what that ideally looks like. If you enjoy activities like cooking together, yoga, meditation, discussions, watching movies, taking walks in nature, sports, playing games, visiting pubs, and occasional nights out, you'll usually find someone here to join in. Of course, if you need peace and quiet, that's completely fine too. We all have jobs (with varying schedules), so among five residents, someone is usually at home, out, at work, or traveling.
We aspire to create a lovely community characterized by mutual respect, goodwill, respect, and openness. Our household primarily follows a vegetarian/vegan diet – we prefer that meat or fish not be prepared or consumed in the apartment. For community balance, we prefer a new roommate aged between 30 and 45. A thoughtful environmental consciousness that translates into action is highly desirable, as well as mindfulness in how we treat our living space and each other. LGBTQIA+ individuals are warmly welcomed.

Wir vermieten das möblierte 20qm Zimmer für €700/ Monat unter. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, einschließlich Internet und Putzkraft für die Gemeinschaftsräume (alle 2 Wochen). Es fällt eine Kaution von 1.000 Euro an.
Es wäre gut, wenn du in deiner Anfrage deine grundsätzlich Zustimmung zu Kaution und Miete mitteilen könntest, was uns zeigt, dass du unsere Anzeige auch ganz gelesen hast :)
Falls das alles für dich interessant klingt dann schreib uns etwas über dich – wer du so bist, was dir im Zusammenleben wichtig ist, warum du in Gemeinschaft lebst/leben möchtest, was du einbringst, vielleicht auch was für dich im Zusammenleben gar nicht geht, usw. (- muss aber kein Aufsatz werden – wir wollen uns einfach nur ein Bild von dir machen.)

We are renting out the furnished 20 sqm room for €700 per month. The rent includes all utilities, including internet and cleaning service for the common areas (every 2 weeks). A security deposit of €1,000 is required.
