I am looking for somebody who is doing looking for a 6mths rental in Berlin and is looking for a cozy flat within this period.
I am ideally looking for somebody who is staying here for an internship or a study semester. The flat has a balcony and a living room as well as two bedrooms. Your bed room has a bed as well as a wardrobe and a big cabinet.
The apartment comes comes completely furnished. The bathroom has a wash machjne as well as a bath tub. The kitchen has a gas oven and stove as well as a microwave, fridge and refrigerator. In the living room you have a couch, a TV as well as a little corner with table and chairs to have your meal.
Since the flat has a lit of plants it would be great if you could also take care of the plants during your time here.
It is well-located and very green and quite area close to the S Bahnhof Pankow. Shops as well as all transportation (U2, M1,50 S Bahn and buses) are accessible within a 5 or 10 minute walk.
I am searching for somebody who is opend-minded and wants to become a member of my cozy flat. I would be looking forward to having somebody who is also interested in having movie nights, going to museums or to the nature together.
To descibrw myself a little. I was born and raised in Berlin and would like to give short termers a chance to find a cool and cozy place whilst they are here. I am working full-time and I am sometimes gone for work during the week. hence, I am looking for somebody who is clean and also keeps everything nice while I am not here.
