Looking for someone to sublet my room in a beautiful 125m2 Berlin Altbau. I'm gone until end of February, but can be a bit flexible regarding the dates.

The room itself is 20m2, facing east and furnished with a bed, a dresser and some shelves. Our apartment is super spacious for 3 people and we have 90m2 of common space including a living room, dining room, large kitchen, balcony and two bathrooms.

Our flat is located in lovely Friedenau, a 5-minute walk from the ring and U9 underground (U/S Bundesplatz). So you can get everywhere quickly - especially to the south (Tempelhofer Feld, Neukölln, Schöneberg) and west (Charlottenburg, Grunewald). Friedenau is a rather quiet neighbourhood, but oftentimes underestimated! You will find small galleries, lots of good restaurants, markets, bakeries and a caring neighbourhood community.

You will live with Rike (28, Neuroscience and Psychology student, German) and Conrad (29, Software developer, American-German). We are coffee nerds, love to cook and enjoy dinner and sunday brunches with friends. Apart from that, our classic winter hobbies include walks in nature, sauna & ice bathing, pilates and going to the gym, playing Doppelkopf and other boardgames. Usually we are both super active, but since Rike is recovering from a recent sports injury, life will be a little slower than usual.
