Das Zimmer ist 18m2 groß und ist komplett möbliert. Das Bett hat die Maße 190x120 cm ist also nicht für sehr große Personen geeignet. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Kleiderständer, Tisch, Sessel und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten.
Bettdecke, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone also kann man auch mal ganz ungestört auf dem Balkon sitzen bzw. liegen.
Was das Auszugsdatum betrifft, bin ich flexible. Gerne auch nur für einen Monat oder zwei.
The room is 18m2 in size and is fully furnished. The bed measures 190x120 cm and is therefore not suitable for very tall people. In the room there is a clothes rack, table, armchair and storage facilities.
Duvet, bed linen and towels are also provided.
The flat has two balconies so you can sit or lie on the balcony undisturbed.
I am flexible regarding the move-out date. I am also happy to move out for just a month or two.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Schillerkiez und ist nur drei Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt.
Die U-bahn der Linie 8 ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
The flat is located in the Schillerkiez neighbourhood and is just a three-minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld.
The underground line 8 can be reached in 10 minutes.
Ich freue mich auf eine/n Mitbewohner*in die selbstständig ist aber mit der/dem man auch mal nett am Abend zusammen etwas essen oder etwas trinken kann. Die grundlegenden WG-Rules sollten selbstverständlich sein.
Besuch von von Freunden, auch über Nacht ist kein Problem, man kann alles absprechen. ;)
Ich arbeite zur Zeit häufig am Abend das heißt ihr seid Abends auch öfter mal alleine.
Manchmal übernachte ich bei meinem Freund oder er auch mal bei mir.
Um es noch kurz zu erwähnen, ich bin gay.
