Nice spacey room with big windows on the first floor (EG). There is a double bed (Hochbett), a desk with a monitor, a TV (you may use my Netflix account), and a couple of couches. I even have a Spanish speaking Alexa for you to have a tandem partner. Also, I there's a couple of plants here and there making the room even livelier (and I'd be super grateful if you could take care of them).
Right in front of the M13/50 and 3 minutes away from the Osloer Str./Prinzen Alle stop. You also have the S Bornholmer Str. and U Pankstr. 10 minutes walking. U Osloer Str. is some 13 minutes away walking. And the bus M27 is right around the corner.
If you walk towards Pankstr. you'll find tons of little restaurants. Osloer Str. is relatively quiet, though. Lidl, Rewe and Penny are all within walking distance (no more than 10 minutes).
You'll be sharing the apartment with my three flatmates. The WG is strikes a good balance between getting along and hanging out and everyone minding their own business. They're pretty chill so you shouldn't have any issues. We share the living room, kitchen and bathroom and take care of the cleaning together in a "everyone cleans after themselves and then a bit more" kind of way.
Just looking for someone to take over my room while I'm away. It's the place I call home, so I'm looking for someone who can enjoy it, take care of it and be respectful of the space and the people living here.
You could also move in a bit before if necessary, we can talk about it.
