wir bieten eine Zwischenmiete für drei Monate von Februar bis Mai 2025 in unserer 4-WG im Wedding an. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 304 Euro.
Hier einige Informationen zu dem Zimmer und zu uns:
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Februar bis Anfang Mai frei und kostet monatlich 304€, Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, etc. schon miteingerechnet. Für den Zeitraum möchten wir eine Kaution von 250€, die du am Ende natürlich wieder bekommst. Das Zimmer ist etwa 11 Quadratmeter groß und liegt zum Innenhof hin. Es hat ein relativ großes und hohes Fenster und Dielenboden. Tagsüber ist es ziemlich hell, da die Wohnung so weit oben liegt. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit dem Nötigsten, also Bett, Stuhl und Kleiderstange, wenn noch weiteres benötigt wird wie ein Tisch oder ein Regal können wir gerne bei der Besorgung helfen. Die Wohnung liegt nahe der U-Bahn-Station Pankstraße (U8/M27) im Gesundbrunnen/Wedding.
In der WG wohnen Fabian (32), Lucia (28) und Jelena (23). Uns sind ein soziales Zusammenleben und herzliches Miteinander sehr wichtig. Etwas konkreter: wir teilen unsere Lebensmittel, kochen ab und zu für-/miteinander und haben einen zweiwöchentlichen WG-Abend, an dem wir zusammen kochen, essen, quatschen, trinken, spielen oder Organisatorisches klären. Wie stark du in der Zeit bei uns daran teilnehmen möchtest, überlassen wir dir. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch das ist aber keine Voraussetzung. Wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne bei uns.

we are offering a interim rental for three months from february till may in our 4-share apartment in Wedding. The monthly rent is 304 euros.
Here are some more information about the room and about us:
The room is available from beginning of february until the beginning of may and costs €304 per month, utilities like internet, electricity, etc. included. We would like a deposit of 250€ for the period, which you will of course get back at the end. The room is about 11 square meters in size and faces the inner courtyard. It has a relatively large and high window and floorboards. It is quite bright during the day as the apartment is so high up. The room is furnished with the bare essentials, i.e. a bed, chair and clothes rail and if you need anything else such as a table or shelves we can help you to get them. The apartment is close to the Pankstraße subway station (U8/M27) in Gesundbrunnen/Wedding.
Fabian (32), Lucia (28) and Jelena (23) live in the shared flat. Social coexistence and cordial cooperation are very important to us. To be more specific: we share our food, cook for/with each other from time to time and have a two-weekly shared flat evening where we cook, eat, chat, drink, play or sort out organizational issues together. It's up to you how much you want to participate during your time with us. We eat a vegetarian diet, but this is not a prerequisite. If you are interested, please get in touch with us.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe der U-Bahn-Station Pankstraße (U8/M27) im Gesundbrunnen/Wedding. Insbesondere vom Gesundbrunnen aus kommt man eigentlich überall in Berlin gut über Ringbahn, U8, Bussen, Regios und ICEs fahren auch von da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug in der Gegend leckere Optionen zum Essen auch.
Wir sind eine nette WG die auch mal was zusammen macht. Etwas konkreter: wir teilen unsere Lebensmittel, kochen ab und zu für-/miteinander und haben einen zwei-wöchentlichen WG-Abend an dem wir zusammen kochen, essen, quatschen, trinken, spielen oder Organisatorisches klären. Wie stark du in der Zeit daran teilnimmst hängt auch von dir ab. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch das ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
