Hi du :)
Ich suche eine nette, offene WG-Mitbewohnerin, da bei mir ab April ein Zimmer frei wird.
Das freie Zimmer hat etwa 12qm und ist unmöbliert (du musst also alles an Möbel mitbringen).
In der Küche befindet sich momentan nur mein Besteck & Geschirr - cool wäre es wenn du selbst ein paar Dinge mitbringen könntest :)
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil, in dem viel Stauraum übrig ist. Außerdem haben wir in der WG eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Bei der Miete handelt es sich um die Warmmiete. Das heißt da ist alles mit drin. Hier noch die monatliche Auflistung:

nur 5 Gehminuten zur Hochschule; Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Haustür & zum Bahnhof dauert es etwa 10-15min zu Fuß 🚶🏽♀️➡️
Penny & Rewe sind etwa 10min zu Fuß; Aldi & Lidl kannst du mit dem Auto innerhalb 5min erreichen :)

Ich bin Suzan, 24 Jahre alt und mache momentan meinen Master in Architektur.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn wir ab und an mal zusammen am Abend kochen oder zusammensitzen und quatschen. Schön wäre es wenn auch du hier studierst, ist aber kein muss :)
