Hey, we're Pelin and Leonie, looking for a new roommate.

The room is 16 sqm and has a beautiful large window. The rent is 222,87€ per month with the additional costs 41,32€.

The renter is officially out from 01.07.25 but is also flexible. The room would also be forgiven from 01.06.25.

Otherwise, we are a decent and rather quiet WG that does not hold so much of WG parties, but going to party together is not a problem.

Die Mieterin ist offiziell ab 01.07.25 raus, ist aber auch flexibel. Mit Vorsprache wäre das Zimmer auch ab dem 01.06.25 zu vergeben.
Ein paar Möbel sollen wahrscheinlich übernommen werden, aber können wir dann gerne nochmal drüber sprechen, wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben.

Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Detmolder Straße und ist nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Prießallee entfernt. Von da aus erreichst du die Stadt in ca 10 und die Universität in 20 Minuten.
Ein Netto zum Einkaufen ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Wenn du ins grüne möchtest, gibt es einen schönen Weg von der Wohnung on Richtung Sparrenburg.

WG-Leben:
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 3er-WG und du würdest mit Pelin (mir) und Leonie zusammen wohnen. Pelin studiert Jura und Leonie Grundschullehramt.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du offen für Spiele-oder Kochabende bist oder einfach für einen Plausch zwischendurch. Natürlich haben wir alle einen unterschiedlichen Alltag und ziehen uns auch gerne mal zurück, sodass auch jeder was für sich alleine macht.

Ansonsten sind wir eine ordentliche und eher ruhige WG, die nicht so viel von WG-Partys hält, aber zusammen feiern gehen ist kein Problem.
