The location is super central! You can reach the city centre or the Siegfriedplatz (and thus also the city railway station) within about 5 minutes walk and from there you can go through the 4 to the Uni/FH. It's not far by bike. The main railway station is only 7 minutes walk. We also have an Edeka and Aldi directly in the courtyard and Rewe, net and Lidl are also well accessible. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby and the Teutoburger Forest are just 15 minutes walk away.

Die Lage ist super zentral! Du erreichst die Innenstadt oder den Siegfriedplatz (und damit auch die Stadtbahnstation) innerhalb von ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß und von da kannst du direkt mit der 4 zur Uni/FH durchfahren. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es auch nicht weit. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß nur ca. 7 Minuten. Außerdem haben wir einen Edeka und Aldi direkt im Innenhof und Rewe, Netto und Lidl sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe sind zudem viele Bars und Restaurant und auch zum Teutoburger Wald sind es nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

We - your future roommates - would be Nicola (27) and Laura (23). Nicola is currently completing her master's degree in Linguistics and is already working in the music industry and therefore often on the go at concerts and festivals. Laura studies genome-based system biology in the master. She likes to listen to music, watch series and movies and likes to crochet and also likes to go to concerts. If you need music or cove tips, we are the right contacts. :
We've lived here for a long time and are both currently in the last stages of our studies, that is to say, you wouldn't live here forever. We are still looking forward to the common time.

We like to sit on the balcony or in the kitchen for silly or common cooking. In this respect, we would be happy if you were interested in actively shaping the WG life. We like to be harmonious and leave our free spaces and respect our peace. We're not party WG.

The apartment has a kitchen/living area, a bathroom, a small storage room and a balcony with great views towards Teutoburger Wald. There is also a bicycle cellar.

In the apartment we have everything you need in everyday life, also a washing machine that we have purchased relatively new together and a fridge that is still very new. A discount of 180€ would be due for this.

Wir - deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen - wären Nicola (27) und Laura (23). Nicola beendet gerade ihren Master in Linguistik und ist schon in der Musikbranche berufstätig und dementsprechend oft auf Konzerten und Festivals unterwegs. Laura studiert Genombasierte Systembiologie im Master. Sie hört gerne Musik, schaut Serien und Filme und häkelt gerne und geht ebenfalls gerne auf Konzerte. Falls du Musik- oder Buchtipps brauchst, sind wir also die richtigen Ansprechpartnerinnen. :)
Wir wohnen schon länger hier und befinden uns beide aktuell in den letzten Zügen unseres Studiums, das heißt perspektivisch würdest du nicht mehr ewig mit uns hier wohnen. Wir freuen uns aber trotzdem auf die gemeinsame Zeit.

Wir setzen uns gerne mal abends zusammen auf den Balkon oder in die Küche zum Quatschen oder gemeinsamen Kochen. Insofern würden wir uns freuen, wenn du Interesse daran hättest, das WG-Leben aktiv mitzugestalten. Wir mögens gerne harmonisch und lassen uns dabei unsere Freiräume und respektieren gegenseitig unsere Ruhe. Wir sind keine Party-WG.

Die Wohnung hat eine Küche/Wohnbereich, ein Badezimmer, einen kleinen Abstellraum und einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht in Richtung Teutoburger Wald. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.

In der Wohnung haben wir alles, was man so im Alltag braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine, die wir relativ neu gemeinsam angeschafft haben und einen Kühlschrank, der noch sehr neu ist. Dafür wäre noch ein Abschlag von 180€ fällig.

The rent includes all additional costs (including electricity, internet, water, etc). Only GEZ will be added (approx. 6 euros).

Please note that this is a WG in a residential home from the Studierendenwerk, so you need to study at the university or college. You also need a residence permit (but you can easily apply to the city).

Die Miete umfasst alle Nebenkosten (inklusive Strom, Internet, Wasser, etc). Nur GEZ kommt noch dazu (ca. 6 Euro).

Bitte beachte, dass es sich um eine WG in einem Wohnheim vom Studierendenwerk handelt, du musst also an der Uni oder Hochschule studieren. Außerdem brauchst du einen Wohnberechtigungsschein (den kannst du aber ganz einfach bei der Stadt beantragen).
