Die WG umfasst das 1.OG+2.OG eines Mehrfamilinehauses. Unten im EG wohnt ein älteres Pärchen die sehr nett sind und mit denen wir uns gut verstehen.
Das angebotene Zimmer (dein Zimmer) ist 12 qm groß und befindet sich im 2.OG (Dachgeschoss). Dort sind noch 2 weitere WG-Zimmer, ein Abstellraum, und ein Bad. Unten, im 1.OG, sind 2 weitere WG-Zimmer, ein weiteres Bad, und die große Wohnküche.
Dein Zimmer ist renoviert (Tapete + gestrichen), hat Laminatboden, eine Dachschräge und ein Fenster. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

The WG is an appartment across 2 floos: The 1st floor and 2nd floor of a house. There is an elderly couple living on the ground floor. They are nice and we have a good relation with them.
The offered room (your room) is 12 square meters and is on the 2nd floor. There are also 2 more WG-rooms, 1 small room for cleaning supplies and a bathroom on the 2nd floor with your room. Downstairs, on the 1st floor, are 2 more WG-rooms, another bathroom, and a big kitchen with living-area.
You room is renovated, meaning it has wallpapers and the walls are colored in white. Generally the room is not furnished.

Direkt neben der Uni, FH, CITEC, CEBITEC. Alles in ca. 10 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Haltestelle Wellensiek (Linie 4) und Wellensiek Süd (Bus) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkplätze sind immer genug vor dem Haus frei.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe: ein Combi und ein Penny sind ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ausserdem kann man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß direkt im Teutoburger Wald sein.

Wir, die wir zurückbleiben in der WG, sind Patrick, Tanjeb, und Li-an. Wir sind eine sehr internationale WG, wir kommen aus Deutschland, Bangladesch und Taiwan. Patrick studiert Medienwissenschaften, Li-an macht seinen Doktor in Philosophy of Science und Tanjeb hat gerade seinen Master in Intelligente Systeme abgeschlossen und einen Job angefangen. Wir sprechen meistens Englisch miteinander, manchmal aber auch Deutsch.
Wie viel Gemeinschaft du hier haben kannst/gerne hättest hängt von dir und deiner Initiative ab :-) Du kannst dich also frei fühlen und entscheiden ob du Gesellschaft möchtest oder dich zurückziehen willst.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, in dem geregelt ist, dass alle Bewohner*innen gleichermaßen Aufgaben übernehmen.

We, those who will stay in the WG, are Patrick, Tanjeb and Li-an. We are an international WG. We are from Germany, Bangladesh and Taiwan. Patrick studies Medienwissenschaften, Li-an does his PhD in Philosophy of Science and Tanjeb just finished his Master in Intelligen Systems and started a job. Usually we speak English with each other, but also German sometimes.
How much hanging out and activities we'll do together depends on your liking and your initiative :-) So you can feel free if you seek company or privacy.
We have a cleaning schedule which we use for sharing cleaning tasks around the apartment between all members equally.
Der angegebene Mietpreis (220 Euro) ist all-inclusive: Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Wasser, Strom, Internet, GEZ, Mitgliedschaft im Mieterbund, Klopapier, Waschmaschine + Waschmittel, Zwiebeln, Gewürze, Putzmittel.
Außerdem: Du musst kein Studierender sein um hier zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist "normal" vermietet und du kannst hier so lange wohnen wie du magst.
Ob das Einzugsdatum der 16.04. oder der 01.05. ist, können wir gemeinsam absprechen.

The price of 220 Euros is including ALL costs: basic rent, water, electricity, internet, GEZ, Membership of Mieterbund, toilet paper, washing-machine, onions, spices, cleaning detergents.
Also: You don't generally have to be a student to live in this appartment. You can live as long as you please.
If the moving in will be the 16.04. or 01.05. - we can discuss it.
