Wir (22 und 21, m) suchen ab 1. Juli 2010 eine neue
Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner für unsere 3er WG.
Unsere gemütliche Wohnung liegt zwischen Wellensiek und Lohmannshof, ungefähr 500m von der Uni entfernt. Die Stadtbahn Linie 4 (keine 10min bis ins Zentrum) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen (Jibi-Markt, Frisör, Post, Kiosk, Pizzeria, etc.).
Das Zimmer ist das schönste der WG, ca. 22m² groß und schön hell. Die Wohnung verfügt ansonsten über ein gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer, einen Balkon, großen Kelleraum und ist mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und großer Gefriertruhe ausgestattet. Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) und WC sind getrennt.
Die Miete beträgt 190 Euro (warm) inkl. 49 Euro Nebenkosten, Kabel TV, Telefon- und Internetflatrate (16.000 kbit/s). Kaution beträgt zwei Kaltmieten (ca. 380 Euro).
