Mein Mitbewohner und ich suchen für Anfang Mai eine neue Mitbewoherin/Mitbewohner, da unsere langjährige Mitbewohnerin leider ausszieht.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine WG wo unbedingt zwanghaft immer etwas miteinander gemacht wird.
Falls ihr interesse habt, ruft mich (Marvin) am besten an.
Das WG-Zimmer befindet sich im Studentenwohneim an der Arndtstraße, auch O-Kiste genannt. Es ist nur für StudentenInnen der Universität oder Fachhochschule bewohnbar.
WG-Miete liegt fest bei 266 Euro, wo dann allerdings Internet, Wasser und Heizkosten inklusive sind.
Die Stadt ist 5min Fußweg entfernt, die Haltestellen Jahnplatz, Hauptbahnhof und Siggi sind in 7min zu erreichen.
Alles kann, nichts muss ;)
Wir kochen und feiern ab und zu, sprechen miteinander über dass, was so beim anderen los ist und auch sonst herscht hier doch ein ziimlich gutes WG-Klima :D
