1 der 4 Zimmer in unserer WG wird am 1. März frei.
Die WG ist Teil des Studierendenwerks Bielefeld.
Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und hat 1 großes und 1 kleines Fenster. Ein WLAN Router befindet sich ebenfalls in deinem zukünftigen Zimmer. Alle Zimmer sind durch einen großen Ess-/Wohnbereich mit der Küche verbunden. Außerdem gibt es 2 Bäder, eines mit und eines ohne Dusche.
Da sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet, gibt es eine nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse - das macht den Einzug für dich viel einfacher :)
Im Keller gibt es noch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (2€ pro Wäsche) und einen Fahrradkeller.

The shared apartment is part of the Studierendenwerk Bielefeld.
The room is 16m² and has 1 large and 1 small window. There is also a router in your future room. All rooms are connected by a large dining/living area with kitchen. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one without.
As the apartment is on the ground floor, there is a south-facing terrace. This will make moving in a lot easier for you :)
In the basement there is a laundry room (2€ per wash) and a bicycle cellar.
Die WG ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Universität Bielefeld entfernt und somit perfekt für alle Studierenden. Sie liegt zwischen den beiden Stadtbahnstationen Bültmannshof und Universität, die in 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
Auch das Parkhaus der Universität bietet jederzeit einen sicheren und kostenlosen Parkplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kannst du mit der Bahn, dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen, z.B. ist der Penny zwei Haltestellen oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The shared apartment is a 5-minute walk from Bielefeld University and is therefore perfect for every student. It is located in the middle of the two S-Bahn stations Bültmannshof and Universität which is 6-minute walk.
The university parking garage also offers a safe and free parking space at all times. Shopping facilities are easy to reach by train, bike or on foot, for example the Penny is two stops or a 15-minute walk away.
Wir unternehmen als WG ab und zu etwas zusammen und würden das gerne mit dem*der neuen Mitbewohner*in fortsetzen. Natürlich hat jeder noch seinen eigenen Rückzugsort und man kann natürlich auch sein eigenes Ding machen!
In der WG wünschen wir uns eine entspannte Atmosphäre mit einem kommunikativen und freundlichen neuen Mitbewohner.
Du würdest zusammen mit David (25), Michelle (26) und Khushangee (22) wohnen.
David studiert Soziologie im Bachelor. Er macht Improtheater und quatscht gerne über alles mögliche in der Küche.
Michelle studiert Jura und arbeitet auf ihr erstes Staatsexamen hin. Sie ist eher ruhig, aber immer für einen lustigen Abend zu haben.
Khushangee ist im zweiten Semester ihres Masterstudiums der Informatik an der TH OWL und kommt aus Indien. Sie ist sehr entspannt und kocht gerne.

As a WG, we do things together from time to time and would like to continue this with a new roommate. Of course, everyone still has their own quiet space and you can of course do your own thing!
We want a relaxed atmosphere with a communicative and friendly new roommate.
You would live together with David (25), Michelle (26) and Khushangee (22).
David is studying sociology for his bachelor's degree. He does improv and enjoys having conversations in the kitchen.
Michelle is studying law and is working towards her first state examination. She is rather quiet, but always up for a fun evening.
Khushangee is in the second semester of her Master's Degree in IT in TH OWL and comes from India. She has calm personality and likes to cook food.
Der Vermieter der WG ist das Studierendenwerk, man muss also Student sein, um hier zu wohnen.
Das Zimmer kann nach Absprache teilmöbliert, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, übernommen werden.
Wir würden dich gerne als Person kennenlernen, also melde dich gerne bei uns! Wir freuen uns auf Besichtigungstermine :)

The landlord of the WG is the Studierendenwerk, so you have to be a student to live in here.
The room can be taken over partially furnished as shown in the picture, by arrangement.
