ZUR MIETE: in der angegebenen Kaltmiete ist alles inklusive, also Heizung, Strom Inet usw.
Die Wohnflat sozusagen.
ZUR WOHNUNG: insgesamt 68qm, Zimmer jeweils 16qm, großes Bad und Küche, Abstellraum, super Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, City, U-Bahn zur UNI, 4 Kneipen-Eck, HBF usw. alles in der Nähe. Waschmöglichkeit vorhanden
ZU MIR: Bin 26 Jahre studiere Sowi Wiwi, bin nicht an Zweckwg interessiert... da wir nur zu zweit sind, sollte es schon irgendwie passen zwischeneinander... ansonsten bin ich ein ganz netter, umgänlicher Mensch...
ZU DIR: Voraussetzung, dass du hier im Wohnheim wohnen kannst ist, dass du in Bielefeld studierst. (uni oder fh)
Außerdem solltest du authentisch sein und ein bisschen Interesse am WG-Leben mitbringen...
