Ich möchte mein Zimmer über die Semesterferien hinweg vermieten. Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind super sympathisch – tolle Gesellschaft.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch mit einem großen Fenster. Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal würde ich frei räumen und zur Verfügung stellen – daher auch die Kaution.
Die Wohnlage ist optimal. Man muss nur die Treppe runter zu den beiden Supermärkten, braucht 2 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Zur Uni oder FH kommt man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 bis 20 Minuten oder mit der Bahn: Die Haltestelle Siegfriedplatz ist nur 3 Geh-Minuten die Straße hoch.
An der Kreuzung anliegenden Kreuzung (andere Seite des Gebäudes, also kein Lärm) ist auf jeder Ecke eine Bar und zum Boulevard ist es auch nicht weit.
