The room is 15m² and without any furniture. The room is facing the street August-Bebel-Str. with view at the Telekom tower.

There are many supermarkets nearby (Combi, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Netto and Action). The next bus station called "Arbeitsamt" is only 2 walking minutes away. The Jahnplatz is only 8 walking minutes away and the main station of Bielefeld is only 12 walking minutes away.

This flat-sharing community will be new established and it is only for students or for people who are doing their job training. The flat is a newly renovated. The new tenants Yağız (20, starting his study very soon) and Burak (27, masters degree student) are both from Turkey. Therefore it would be practical, if you would speak turkish, as well. Both Yağiz and Burak are looking for a good company and not for a functional shared apartment. Both are looking e.g. for cooking nights at the shared apartment. Do you have any questions?
