Dieses 16m² große Zimmer ist hell und geräumig, mit einem großen Fenster, durch das viel Sonnenlicht hereinkommt, und einem schönen Ausblick. Der Boden wurde kürzlich renoviert, und die Heizung ist inbegriffen, sodass es auch im Winter angenehm warm bleibt. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses.
Es ist möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bett, Matratze, Couch und einem Tisch. Die meisten Möbel können für einen fairen Preis übernommen werden.

This 16m² room is bright and spacious, with a large window that lets in plenty of sunlight and offers a nice view. The flooring was recently renovated, and heating is included, making it cozy even in winter. The room is on the ground floor of the house.
The room is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, bed, mattress, couch, and table. Most of the furniture can stay for a fair price.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und alle wichtigen Orte in Birkenfeld – Supermärkte, Cafés, Bäckereien – sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist der Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld sowie der Bahnhof Neubrücke nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt, was die Lage besonders praktisch für Studierende macht.

The house is located in Birkenfeld, Pfalzgrafenweg, a quiet and safe neighborhood. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and all essential places in Birkenfeld – supermarkets, cafés, bakeries – are within a 10-minute walking distance. Additionally, Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld and Neubrücke train station are only a 10-minute bus ride away, making it a very convenient location for students.
