Wir haben ein helles 16 qm Zimmer zu vergeben, neu möbliert mit 1,40m Bett, Schrank, zwei Kommoden, Regal und Schreibtisch. Es gibt einen Außenrollo zum Abdunkeln.
Toilette und Balkon sind auf der Etage.
Du kannst entweder am Fluß oder auf dem Fahrradweg an der Straße entlang mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten an der Uni Erba Bamberg und in ca.20 Minuten an der Uni Innenstadt Bamberg sein.
Bäcker, Metzger, Aldi, Ärzte, Gaststätten, Hallenbad usw.= alle in der Nähe.
In der WG Wohnung gibt es auch eine große Wohnküche, komplett ausgestattet, mit gemütlicher Essecke, Spülmaschine und auch ein ausziehbares Gästesofa, falls Du mal Besuch bekommst.
2.Toilette auf der Etage.
Im neuen Bad haben wir eine große Dusche und zusätzlich eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Wäschetrockner.
Unsre Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Nichtraucher erwünscht.
Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im Hof und am/im Haus.
Eigener Autostellplatz ist auch am Haus vorhanden. Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten entfernt.
