das Zimmer ist ca.20-22m2. Die Wohnung ist ca. 52 m2.und besteht aus 3 Zimmer und natürlich möbiliert. Sie haben sogar eine Waschmaschiene Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, einen Balkon zusätzlich mit einer Terrasse, was will man im Sommer mehr. Es gibt bereits schon eine Mitbewohnerin und ein Mitbewohner.

die wohnung ist sehr praktisch für leute die Berufstätig sind, denn in 3 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof. weil bischofsheim genau zentral liegt…Z.B.ist man in 15 minuten in Frankfurt, in 5 -7 minuten ist man in Rüsselsheim usw.!

die Wg besteht wie gesagt aus 3 Zimmern…Eine höfliche Dame (26) und ein Mitbewohner(23) sind bereits eingezogen. Das Miteinander ist sehr sehr wichtig. Und noch was benutzt bitte die Waschmaschine nur einmal die woche…natürlich kann es auch zweimal die woche sein aber halt nicht wegen einem TShirt das ist nur Geldverschwendung.

Bei Kleinigkeiten sollen die Mieter zusammen eine Lösung finden, erst wenn es überhaupt nicht geht könnt ihr den Vermieter kontaktieren.
