Da ich von Ende Jänner bis Juni in Madrid sein werde suchen wir für diese Zeit eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für mein WG-Zimmer in unserem Zuhause in Ottakring!
Das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist grundsätzlich etwas flexibel, also ein paar Tage auf oder ab sind wahrscheinlich möglich, bzw. können wir das gerne besprechen :)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und ist voll möbliert, inklusive einiger Pflanzen - es wäre super, wenn jemand einzieht, die*der Freude daran hat, sich ein bisschen um sie zu kümmern (sind alle sehr pflegeleicht!). Da ich nur für ein paar Monate weg bin bleiben auch die meisten meiner Sachen im Zimmer, aber werde natürlich genügend Platz freiräumen damit du dich gut mit all deinen Dingen einleben kannst.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hell und gemütlich, wir haben einen großen Vorraum, der auch als Wohn-/Esszimmer genutzt wird und eine schöne sonnige Küche mit Blick in den Innenhof, in der wir viel Zeit verbringen.

Since I will be in Madrid from the end of January until June, we are looking for a roommate during that time! The move-in and move-out dates are generally flexible, so a few days earlier or later are likely possible, and we can discuss that :)
The room is approximately 20 square meters and comes fully furnished, including some plants. It would be great if the person moving in enjoys taking care of them (they are all very low-maintenance!). Since I'll only be away for a few months, most of my belongings will stay in the room, but I'll make sure to clear enough space for you to comfortably settle in with all your things.
The apartment itself is very bright and cozy. We have a large entrance area that also serves as a living/dining room and a beautiful sunny kitchen where we spend a lot of time.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im 16. Bezirk und ist sehr gut angebunden, u.a. durch die Straßenbahnlinien 9, 46, 44 und 2, und auch die U3 (Ottakring) und U6 (Thaliastraße) sind gut erreichbar. Außerdem ist der Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt in Gehweite (ca. 10 Minuten) und durch die Nähe zum Wilhelminenberg/zu den Steinhofgründen ist man auch recht schnell im Grünen.

The apartment is located in the heart of the 16th district and is very well-connected, including tram lines 9, 46, 44, and 2. The metro lines U3 (Ottakring) and U6 (Thaliastraße) are also easily accessible. Additionally, Yppenplatz and Brunnenmarkt are within walking distance (approximately 10 minutes), and the proximity to Wilhelminenberg/Steinhofgründe allows to escape the city for some time in nature.
Seit diesem Herbst wohnen wir zu dritt (Alex, Magdalena und ich) und pflegen ein sehr gemeinschaftliches und vertrautes Miteinander. Wir haben zwar alle einen recht unterschiedlichen Alltag, dennoch verbringen wir gerne wenn es geht Zeit miteinander (auch außerhalb der Wohnung) und sitzen viel in der Küche beisammen. Grundsätzlich ist es meistens sehr belebt und wir hören auch öfter mal laut Musik. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die keine Zweck-WG sucht sondern Lust hat auf gemeinsames WG-Leben. Spaß wird bei uns groß geschrieben, das Leben ist so schon nervig genug. Außerdem haben wir ein geliebtes Haustier: Minki, unsere süßeste Katze der Welt ;) (Sarkasmus, oderso) Von Mülltrennen, gutem Essen undso verstehst du hoffentlich sowieso was :)

The three of us (Alex, Magdalena, and I) have been living together since autumn. While we each have quite different daily routines, we enjoy spending time together whenever possible, both inside and outside the apartment. We often gather in the kitchen, and the atmosphere is generally lively, often with loud music. We are looking for someone who is not just seeking a functional shared living space but is excited about participating in a communal living experience. Fun is a big part of our dynamic, as life is challenging enough. Additionally, we have a beloved pet: Minki, the sweetest cat in the world ;) (Sarcasm, or so.) Naturally, you will understand things like separating trash and preparing yummy food :)
