mein Mitbewohner Jan, ich Andrea und mein Hund Marley suchen 1-2 nette Mitbewohner/inin für eine alternative, bunte Wohngemeinschaft im grossen Fachwerkhaus 170qm mit Garten ca 600qm und einem Teich.
Ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine Gästetoilette.
Es handelt sich um 3 WG Zimmer 1WG Zi. 34qm wird alleine, und die 2WG Zi. 10/18qm werden zusammen vermietet.
Würden uns sehr über kreative, naturverbundene und musikalische Mitbewohner/inin freuen, die auch nicht abgeneigt sind mal am We etwas lautere Musik zu hören.
Miete vom Amt wäre kein Problem.
Busanbindung nach Lüneburg in der Woche stündlich und am Wochenende Rufbus.

Haustiere sind erlaubt, bei Hunden bitte keine Rüden, bei einer Hündin gibt es keine Probleme

Bleckede ist eine Kleinstadt an der schönen Elbe nähe Lüneburg. Anbindung mit Bus Stündlich, sonst Rufbus. Bahn wird derzeit ausgebaut dauert aber wohl noch etwas 😉
